I fix systems an organization already depends on, and I build new ones when nothing fits.

Small business websites: I build fast websites for local businesses and set them up so customers can find them on Google. That includes contact forms, email on your own domain, and an editor so you can change your own text without calling me.
Web and mobile apps: Complete apps, from sign-in and payments to launch. I've built accounts and roles, subscriptions and usage billing, live chat and multiplayer features, and learning tools that adapt to each student.

Dashboards and admin tools: The private tools your team uses to run the business: admin consoles, a contact database that merges duplicates, a content editor with drafts, and a health page that shows what is broken.
Bots and integrations: I connect your chat apps, spreadsheets and other tools so information moves between them without copy and paste: Discord and Telegram bots, alerts in your team chat, an assistant you can text.
Data and reporting: I get your data into one place and turn it into dashboards and reports you can act on: product analytics, scheduled pipelines that alert on changes, monthly reports and per-person progress.
Security and deployment: I review your app for security holes, move passwords and keys into a secrets manager, and set up tests that run on every change before it ships.

AI assistants on your content: AI assistants that answer from your own documents and show where each answer came from. I also audit assistants that give wrong answers, with a graded test against your own facts, and fix them.
Automating repetitive work: I find the tasks that eat your week and turn them into scripts and AI workflows: inbox cleanup, missed-shift checks, photos of paperwork turned into a searchable catalog, product photos turned into ready listings.
Video and audio pipelines: Pipelines that turn recordings and scripts into finished clips and audio: long recordings cut into captioned vertical clips, renders in the cloud, narrated episodes from a script.

Each engagement starts with a look at what you have.

1. Review: I test the system the way your users do and write down what I find.
2. Scope: We agree on a written list of tasks and a fixed fee before work starts.
3. Fix: I make each change, test it, and tell you when it's live. Your accounts and services stay in your name.

Local auto shop: A new marketing site for a small service business, built and launched in 2026.
Ticket marketplace: Ongoing feature work across the full stack of a live ticket marketplace, since 2024.
Early-stage startup: Mobile and web applications for a startup, over about a year.

Content editor: A business owner edits the text on their live site and publishes it without calling a developer.
Video to notes: A command-line tool that turns short videos into searchable notes with a caption, transcript and summary.
AI usage costs: A script that reads local AI coding logs and prices the usage at public API rates.

National nonprofit: The AI assistant on the organization's website gave wrong and out-of-date answers. I tested it against the organization's own published material and gave leadership a ranked list of fixes. Now I'm fixing its accuracy and keeping its knowledge current as they publish.
